By placing an order with our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All of our products are custom made to order. Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and personalization carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order information and photos so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Product Variations

Because our products are handmade and custom produced, slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur. These minor differences are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, product images, and content are the property of our shop and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Some designs may include school names, mascots, logos, trademarks or other artwork associated with third-party organizations. We do not claim ownership of any of these used in custom designs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
