Every item is custom made to order, which means we do not keep large quantities of inventory on hand.

Our current processing time is typically 5–7 business days before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please note that shipping times are determined by the carrier and are separate from our processing time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
